Being at the forefront, MSL has achieved yet another milestone. The team, successfully executed Vande Bharat Nose Cone mould and prototype, A FRP component for the Indian Railways. It meets stringent requirement such as satisfactory performance even at high temperature, pressure, corrosive environment or high stress.
This indigenously designed and manufactured semi high speed Nose Cone for the self-propelled train is touted as the next major leap for the Indian Railways in terms of speed and passenger convenience to meet world-class safety requirements.
In a major initiative by Kerala’s Tourism Department, first Caravan Park was opened in Vagamon, a scenic hill station located in the Idukki district, offering visitors a unique opportunity to visit untapped tourist destinations in world-class amenities and facilities offered by Caravan. The one-of-its kind project was inaugurated by Kerala Tourism Minister P.A. Mohammad Riyas in February.
JCBL Limited’s marvel on wheels “The Caravan” is proud to be a part of this project. The state-of-the-art vehicle is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay such as sofa-cum-bed, kitchenette with fridge and microwave oven, dining table, toilet cubicle, partition behind the driver, air-conditioner, internet connectivity, audio-video facilities, charging system and GPS.
Moving forth with its initiative of eco-friendly transportation, JCBL hit a new milestone by recently delivering fully operational electric buses to Ashok Leyland as a part of their initiative to deploy such vehicles in Patna. With the launch of these electric buses, public transportation in Bihar is set to go environment-friendly. These electric buses are equipped with facilities like GPS, e-ticketing and CCTV cameras.
Always being the pioneers of innovation, recently fully customised container office was designed by JCBL team for Delhi Jal Board. This Sahayata Kendra- a mobile workspace with individual seating area has its own separate entrance, and is equipped with one washroom, waiting area, and other important fittings. These are intended to provide a polished and professional workspace in a safe and climate-controlled environment.
The new-age solution has been appreciated for its compact size, high structural strength, and eye-catching design.
In line with its mission to assist people through the financial landscape, Hudson Insurance Brokers, expanded their reach with a new Corporate Office in Gurugram along with six new branches located in Maharashtra (Borivali and Thane) and Bihar (Patna, Motihari, Darbhanga and Gaya). This helped with not only expanding their reach but also to understand the insurance needs of the various demographics across the country, enabling them to come up with services specific to their needs.

This year, the much awaited Expo was held between 28th-30th March at Federal Palace Hotel & Casino, Victoria Island, Lagos, NIGERIA and JCBL India team participated with full enthusiasm in the expo paving way for new business partnerships.

Celebrating the efforts of its employees who went above and beyond in fulfilling group’s mission of providing quality conscious products and services to its customers, Kaizen Awards Ceremony was held at JML, our manufacturing plant in south. The employees from Maintenance department, Quality department and Machine shop were felicitated with cash rewards and certificates by Mr. Rishi Aggarwal, MD, JCBL Group; Mr. Sandip Chakraborty, MD JML and Mr. Mohammed, COO, JML as a token of appreciation.
Going ahead with our vision of making a difference, we actively participate in community initiatives and commit ourselves in making a positive contribution at all levels. A Blood Donation Camp was organised by Mobility Solutions Limited (MSL) for its employees as a part of its Corporate Social Responsibility and a large number of local staff members voluntarily came forward to participate in this initiative. It was heartening to see employees happily donating their blood for a noble cause.
“Ride for a cause”- Special rides were organized by Capital and Red Fort Chapter. One was a cause ride to a school in Tigra Village of Gurugram which caters to underprivileged children, here HOGs became Santas for these children bearing gifts and spending quality time with them.
Another cause ride was to The Earth Saviours Foundation, an NGO dedicated to serving humanity located at Bandwari village in Gurugram. Here, the HOGs visited old age home and donated clothes, blankets, food items etc.
Keeping with its ethos of delivering happiness, Globe Toyota focused on the frontline warriors who took an oath to keep everyone healthy and safe.
In January, Globe Toyota donated 15 heaters to the Government Hospital in Mohali, helping the staff resist the harsh winters while performing their duties. CMO Dr. H.S. Cheema praised the effort of the group stepping up to help medical personnel with numerous dignitaries, including SMO Dr. Vijay Bhagat, being present at the ceremony.
In this fast-paced life, where everyone is always on the go and hardly spare any time for themselves, JCBL as a group shouldered the responsibility to review the health condition of its employees and check whether they are eating properly, taking ample amount of sleep, exercising regularly etc. In line with this, a health check-up camp was organised for employees focusing on General Health, Blood Sugar Levels, Visceral Fat, Muscle Quality Score, HB and Consultation with Physician.
Taking care of our pillar of strength has always been our first priority, in line with the same, various sessions and webinars were organised on cancer, menstrual hygiene for group employees to create awareness about these issues affecting the generation of today.
On the occasion of Women’s Day, Capital Harley-Davidson went an extra mile, awarding the Ladies of Harley (HOG members) with Harley patches and certificates who are breaking stereotypes in every journey of life and making new records on their mean machines.
There’s no better day than International Women’s Day to appreciate the women employees of your team. On this day, JCBL India spent quality time with female employees at their warehouse by organising games and fun activities along with giving small gifts as a sweet gesture to say thank you for their relentless contribution to the organisation.
Celebrating the beautiful colours of togetherness, a fun filled Holi celebration along with fun activities was organised at Head Office and employees from different departments took active part in the joyful celebration.
